GrandRSVP provides tools to create event pages, send invitations and collect RSVPs. Plans and their limits are described on our pricing page; we may update features from time to time.
You are responsible for your account credentials and for the content of the events you create. You confirm you have the right to contact the guests you upload and that your use of the service complies with applicable law, including POPIA and the consumer-protection rules on electronic communications.
No spam, unlawful, deceptive or harmful content. We may suspend accounts that send unsolicited bulk email or abuse the platform.
Paid plans are billed in South African Rand. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the paid period.
The service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under South African law.
